Feeling better isn't the same as being ready to train.
Maybe you've already done the rehab exercises. You've stretched. You've rested. You've modified your training.
Maybe things even feel better than they used to.
But the second you think about loading the bar again, the questions start.
- How heavy should I go?
- Should this still hurt?
- Do I keep progressing?
- Do I back off?
- Should I change the exercise?
- Am I making this worse?
That's where a lot of lifters get stuck. Too functional for rehab, but still not trusting themselves enough to train the way they want.
REBUILD Teams is built to bridge that gap.
The goal isn't to get better at rehab. It's to make rehab unnecessary.
REBUILD Teams gives you a structured path from rebuilding your foundation back into progressive strength training.
You follow the system.I coach you through it.
When something needs adjusting, we adjust it. When you're ready to progress, we progress.
The goal is to make you less dependent on rehab over time, not more dependent on it.
16 weeks. Two stages. One finish line.
REBUILD Foundations
Rebuild the base. The first four weeks deliberately bring the load down. You focus on controlled reps, full ranges of motion, movement prep, and progressive strength work.
You'll train:
- 3 full-body strength sessions a week
- 2 easy conditioning sessions a week
Your movement prep gets adjusted to what you need. The main movements stay the same long enough for you to build real confidence with them. Then the demand starts going up.
By the end of this stage, the goal is for training to feel more predictable and for you to be ready to build strength on top of the foundation.
REBUILD Strength
Now it starts feeling like training again. Over the next 12 weeks, load goes up gradually and we work toward the lifts and activities you want back.
- The main lifts progress in stages
- Load builds week to week
- Every fourth week gives you room to recover
- In week 16, we retest where you started
By the end, the goal is for pain to stop making every training decision for you. You should know how to adjust when something feels off, keep progressing your lifts, and have a clear direction for what comes next.
You're following a system. You're not doing it alone.
A program can tell you what exercise comes next. It can't always tell you what to do when your body doesn't follow the plan perfectly.
That's where the coaching comes in.
Movement and form feedback
Upload your training videos and questions in the private community. I review what you're doing, help clean up technique, and make adjustments when they're needed.
Feedback comes back in the community or on the Monday call.
Individual adjustments
Not every exercise works the same for every person. Your warm-up, movement prep, exercise variation, or progression can be adjusted while you keep following the REBUILD system.
Weekly check-in
Every week you do a quick check-in on how training is going. The point is to catch problems before they turn into another month of guessing.
Movement Lab
Every Monday at 4:30 PM ET, we meet live. Bring a question, a training video, or something from your week you want me to look at.
We review movement, break down exercises, and adjust what needs adjusting so you keep progressing.
Can't make it live? The replay gets posted after.
The program adjusts to you.
REBUILD Teams isn't a generic PDF where everyone gets the same exercises and you're left to figure it out. It also isn't 1:1 coaching.
Everyone follows the REBUILD system. Then we personalize where it matters:
- Movement preparation
- Exercise variations
- Technique
- Progressions
- Training adjustments

REBUILD Teams is built for lifters who...
- Are still training, but pain keeps changing how they train
- Are tired of collecting rehab exercises with no clear progression
- Want to get back to the lifts they used to do
- Want feedback when something doesn't feel right
- Want someone helping them progress, not telling them to avoid everything
- Can follow a structured program but don't want to figure it all out alone
Probably not the right fit if you:
- Want a fully custom program built from scratch around an individual assessment
- Need a medical diagnosis or hands-on treatment
- Want a passive program you don't plan to follow
If you want a fully individualized coaching process, REBUILD 1:1 is probably the better fit.
I've been stuck in the same gap.
I'm Gabe. Kinesiologist, lifter, and creator of the REBUILD Approach™. I spent over five years training around a herniated disc with nerve symptoms running down my leg.
Rehab phase. Every week. For years.
I knew the rehab exercises. I knew how to make it feel better for a while.
What I didn't have was a clear path from "my back feels okay today" back to trusting myself under load.
That's what became REBUILD.
Reveal · Reset · Rebuild
REBUILD Teams takes the coached Reset and Rebuild part of that process and gives you a structured way back to training.
Back to doing the things they actually care about.
Teams is new, so these are lifters I coached 1:1 through the same Reset and Rebuild progression Teams is built on.
11 years of back pain. Back to training he'd stopped doing.
- Where he started
- Eleven years of back pain and a string of practitioners. Every rehab plan helped for about a week.
- What changed
- We reset his position and breathing, then loaded squats, bench, and deadlifts and progressed them week to week. He kept lifting the whole time.
- Where he is now
- By week 12, back to training he hadn't touched in years, without the 40-minute warm-up.
Couldn't walk her dogs. Back under the bar.
- Where she started
- Her back got so bad she couldn't walk her dogs. Four months out of the gym, after seeing multiple people.
- What changed
- We found how her body was shifting and compensating, dealt with that first, then built her back into training.
- Where she is now
- Walking the dogs, doing kettlebell swings, training again. In her words: "I'm back."
7 years stuck. Past his old numbers in 3.5 months.
- Where he started
- Train hard, get hurt, three months off, start over. Seven years chasing the numbers he had at 30.
- What changed
- Work capacity first. Then progressive overload his connective tissue could actually handle.
- Where he is now
- Hitting numbers he hadn't seen since 30, with more energy after training than before it.
In French with English subtitles.
Pain and leg numbness. Back to lifting.
- Where she started
- Four months of pain and leg numbness. She could barely bend forward, and chiro wasn't shifting it.
- What changed
- Single-side and rotational work so one side stopped carrying everything, then two-sided lifting layered back in.
- Where she is now
- Bending forward comfortably again and back in the gym lifting, the thing she came here for.
Individual results vary. Everyone's body, history, and effort are different, so I can't promise you their outcomes.

Do I need to complete REBUILD Foundations first?
No. The first four weeks of Teams include the Foundations stage, so you can start directly inside Teams.
I've already completed Foundations. Do I have to repeat it?
Not automatically. We'll look at where you're at and decide the right place for you to continue.
Is this 1:1 coaching?
No. REBUILD Teams gives you individualized coaching inside a standardized REBUILD system. If you need an assessment and a program built specifically around your history, limitations, and goals, 1:1 is the better fit.
What if an exercise bothers me?
Post it in the community or bring it to Movement Lab. We'll look at what you're doing and adjust the exercise, setup, or progression when needed.
Am I locked into a four-month contract?
No. REBUILD Teams is designed as a 16-week program because each stage builds on the one before it. You're billed $297 monthly while you're in the program, but you're not locked into a four-month contract and can cancel anytime.
What happens after the 16 weeks?
Teams has a finish line. At week 16, we review your progress and figure out what makes sense next based on your training and goals.
What if I can't attend Movement Lab live?
The replay gets posted afterward.
When is Movement Lab?
Mondays at 4:30 PM ET.
Where is the program delivered?
Inside Everfit. Your workouts, exercise videos, habits, check-ins, resources, and training information all live there.
Is REBUILD Teams medical treatment?
No. REBUILD Teams is a training and coaching program. It doesn't replace medical diagnosis or treatment when those are needed.
Your goal was never to stay in rehab. It was to get back to training.
16 weeks. A clear progression. Coaching when you need it. And a finish line built around getting you back to the training you actually care about.
Billed monthly. Cancel anytime. No long-term contract.
