Six months of the same band
I see this all the time in the gym.
Someone grabs the same resistance band, heads to the same corner, and goes through the same exercises they’ve been doing for months.
And I get why.
Maybe their physio gave them those exercises. Maybe it was a chiro, or something they found online.
And chances are, those exercises actually helped at first.
But here’s what I want you to think about.
If you’ve been doing the same exercises for six months, are you actually any closer to getting back to the lifts you miss?
Because there’s a big difference between doing something that helps your pain settle down and doing something that prepares you to lift again.
And I’m not saying those band exercises are useless. Far from it.
But if your goal is to get back to squatting, deadlifting, or pressing heavier, there needs to be a plan that actually gets you there.
Otherwise, you can spend months doing everything you’ve been told to do and still feel just as nervous about putting weight on the bar.
That’s a big reason why I built REBUILD.
We look at what’s holding you back, figure out what your body can currently tolerate, and progressively build toward the training you actually want to do.
I’ve broken down how the coaching works on one page, including the Ground Up Assessment, the three phases, what your first 30 days look like, and who it’s actually for.
Hope you’re moving well and brewing better. ☕
