Get back to the training you love, without constantly working around pain.
Rebuild the strength, capacity, and confidence to train hard again.
So you can stop modifying every workout and second-guessing what your body can handle.
They got back to doing what they love.

Individual results vary. Everyone's body, history, and effort are different.
Read the full stories →- You pause before a working set.
- You change the exercise because something feels off.
- You're technically still training.
- It just feels like you're managing it now.
You deserve to train hard without limitations or fear.

I've lived the other side of this myself.
I dealt with back pain for years.
At my worst, I developed drop foot while studying kinesiology and went years without being able to deadlift normally.
Today, I deadlift close to 500 lb.
REBUILD™ exists partly because I wanted to build the bridge back to training I needed myself.
The first 30 days give us a clearer read on your training.
We start with your assessment, video review and training history.
Then you start training.
Over the first 30 days, we use your program, your response to load, and what we're seeing in training to get clearer on what needs attention and how we should progress.
During those first 30 days, we establish:
- Your current movement and training baseline
- What happens when training demands increase
- What can stay in your program
- What needs adjusting
- How you respond to load and progression
- What the next phase should focus on
By the end of the first 30 days, you'll have a much clearer picture of the road ahead and a realistic REBUILD timeline.
REBUILD isn't built around taking you out of training.
The plan isn't to automatically:
- Stop lifting for 6 to 8 weeks
- Foam roll for an hour every day
- Stretch endlessly
- Avoid squats and deadlifts forever
- Throw away your entire training program
- Start from zero
You already train. The goal is to build on that, not start over.
Reveal → Reset → Rebuild
We start by understanding what your training can currently handle.
Then we build the strength and capacity you need.
From there, we progressively work toward the training you want to get back to.
Stack load on top.
Start stacking load, volume, and intensity.
Fix the foundation.
Build the foundation your training needs.
Find the root issue.
Understand where you're starting.
Reveal
Understand where you're starting.
We begin with an online assessment of your movement, training history, current strength, and how you're responding to different exercises and loads.
We look at what you can tolerate, where things become difficult, and what might be limiting your progress.
From there, I build your starting program around your actual goals.
A clear starting point and a plan that makes sense for your training.
Reset
Build the foundation your training needs.
Now we work on the areas identified during your assessment.
That might mean developing strength, improving control, adjusting how exercises are performed, or gradually increasing what you can tolerate.
You're still training through this.
We can use the compound lifts we're trying to get you back to, just at the version that makes sense for where you are right now.
Your program progresses based on how you're responding, with weekly check-ins, training-video feedback, and adjustments when needed.
We test. We retest. We make the next change.
More strength, capacity, and confidence to handle the next stage of training.
Rebuild
Start stacking load, volume, and intensity.
Feeling better doesn't automatically mean you're ready for the training you want.
With that foundation in place, we progressively increase the demands of your training.
We build toward the exercises, loads, and goals that matter to you, adjusting the plan based on your progress and response.
The goal is to help you return to meaningful training with the capacity and confidence to keep progressing.
A clearer path back to training hard, without constantly second-guessing what your body can handle.
What the path looks like
How you move through each phase is individual, so I won't pretend everyone moves on the same calendar.
- First 30 daysReveal
We assess, find the problem we need to work on, start your program, and see how you respond.
- NextReset
We work on that problem and rebuild the foundation. The program changes as your training response changes.
- ThenRebuild
We stack load, volume, intensity, range, and more specific training back on top, and we keep retesting.
“Can I train this today?”
back toward:“How hard am I training today?”
We progress based on what your training is actually showing us.
This is for you if...
You've been dealing with pain for months or years, and you've already tried to solve it.
You got relief, but never a clear roadmap back to serious training.
You're still modifying lifts and holding back when the weight gets heavier.
Or you've been cleared, discharged, told you're fine, and you still don't trust your body under load.
Training matters to you, and you want to train hard again.
This isn't for you if...
You want passive rehab.
You want a quick fix.
You don't want to train consistently.
You're unwilling to adjust your training while we rebuild.
You're looking for a PDF and a few exercises.
How REBUILD 1:1 works
You shouldn't have to wait a week wondering what to do because something changed in training.
Full Reveal assessment
Your training is based on your body, your history, and your goals. You get clarity before we start changing things.
Personalized programming
I build and adjust your training plan around your history, your goals, and how you respond to load. This isn't a warm-up or a few rehab exercises to add onto another program.
Sometimes the load changes. Sometimes the exercise changes. Sometimes we keep something where it is and build more there first.
The plan changes with your training.
1:1 calls
Time with me to go through your training, your progress, and what comes next.
Monday Loom review
Every week, I review your training and give you clear direction for the week ahead.
Video form feedback
Send me the lifts that matter. I can see what's actually happening under load and help you make the next adjustment from there.
Unlimited messaging
If something changes, you can ask. If a flare-up happens, we deal with it then, instead of waiting for the next scheduled call.
Movement Lab
A weekly group call where you can connect with other members, bring questions, share updates, talk through what's going on in your training, and work through different topics and Q&A with me.
Wednesdays at 7 PM ET.
Your job inside REBUILD™ is simple:
Train. Communicate. Progress.
You won't be buried in modules or spend your week on coaching calls.
Why now?
I'm not going to give you a fake deadline.
REBUILD 1:1 is hands-on coaching, so there is a limit to how many people I can coach properly at once.
If you're already spending every week modifying training, avoiding lifts, and wondering what your body can handle, another few months of the same thing probably won't give you much new information.
At some point, you need a plan you can actually test.
Think this is the level of support you need?
If you want your training built around you and you think REBUILD 1:1 fits what you're dealing with, the next step is to apply.
I'll review your application first.
If I think 1:1 makes sense, I'll send you the next step.
If another level of REBUILD support makes more sense, I'll tell you that too.
REBUILD™ is a training and coaching program. It doesn't replace medical diagnosis or treatment.
