Dear Busy Worker, Back to back meetings, too many calls, texts and emails leaving you feeling like the gym is literally the last thing on your mind? Here is something to help keep you from burning out. I’ve made them quick because:
You probably have another meeting soon
Your day probably fluctuates
You’re probably tired
You probably know you should, but don’t feel like exercising
So...How does this work ?
You will have 5 workouts available (3 strength, 2 cardio)
The strength workouts work the entire body, they take roughly 30 min to complete. The cardio workouts take anywhere from 15-25 min to complete. Take your pick!
Each routine comes with video instruction on how to perform the workout as well as video demonstrations for each exercise.
STUFF YOU’LL NEED
Pair of Dumbbells (Ideally one pair heavy-ish, the other light )
Elastic Bands Ideally one of each: light, medium, heavy
Yoga Mat and Towel
Motivation? A little. As time pass by, you should start feeling less sore, more focused and more energized. Your general well-being should improve and it won’t be as hard to find the little push to do your workouts. You got this!
