Which one was supposed to work?
Pain keeps getting in the way of your training, so you’ve been trying everything. Stretching, strengthening, mobility.
Which one was supposed to work?
If your deadlift kept stalling off the floor, you wouldn’t add 10 random accessories and hope one of them fixes it.
You’d figure out what’s actually limiting the pull, train that, see if the lift changes, then decide what comes next.
Rehab should work the same way. Most of the time it doesn’t.
Danny came to me after two years of pain cycles. A PT, two chiros, everything he could find online.
He told me he wasn’t seeing a difference, didn’t know where to start, and was asking whether he should keep going even if it hurt.
Two weeks later I asked him how the week felt. He said he was feeling great and couldn’t wait to see how much progress he could make.
He didn’t need more exercises.
He needed to know which ones were for him, and why.
More rehab isn’t better rehab. Better rehab starts with knowing what’s actually limiting you.
Hope you're moving well and brewing better. ☕
